Thai food is one of the worlds most renown exotic cuisines.

The key is a focus on fresh ingredients such as limes, lemon grass, ginger, coconut milk & spices and balancing each dish with a variety of spiciness, sweetness, sour & salt.

Menus are also always chosen with balance in mind and so the dishes at your feast will always compliment one another.

But, this is a wedding / special event and just because it is being held in Thailand does not limit you to only Thai food.

We have chef's proficient in all manner of international specialties, fusion menus, creative & exciting twists, canapes, salads and best of all - the freshest of fresh poultry, pork, quality cuts of tenderloin & imported beef and some of the larges & tastiest seafood in the world for BBQ's that are exquisite, succulent & impressive.

Resort Catering

We only recommend resort venues with excellent standards in event catering, menu planning, quality ingredients, presentation and service.

Many of our venues employ well known celebrity chef's. All chef's are experienced & proficient in what it takes to pull of great wedding menus & impressive events.

Our service to you includes the supply of a different range of menu packages from the resort for you to choose from and we will work with you & your chef in the creation of tailor made menus to suit your requirements and budget.

We will also be there on the night to oversee & manage catering as required.

Resort catering includes in house tables & seating arrangements, buffets or table service, all catering equipment and staff.

We can arrange decorations in accordance with your wedding theme with the resort such as in-house flowers, buffet line decor, menus & all the usual's you would expect from quality silver service & large scale event catering.

Menu prices can start as low as 800 THB per person, but depending on venue, reputation & ingredients, range up to as high as 3,000 THB, so it helps to decide on a food budget you are happy with before selecting your venue.

For the cheapest menu options, most of the Thai run establishments prefer Buffet style catering, which is their specialty.

Many resorts have minimum number requirements and guarantees.

Outside Catering Services

Our brilliant & talented catering suppliers services are available at private locations, villas and a handful of boutique resorts.

We use five star resort caterers or a professional catering service provided by a renown restaurant team in Samui, famous for using only the very best in quality meats, seafood and fresh ingredients.If it is not available or up to their high standards in Samui, they have it flown in yet everything is priced similarly to resort menus.

Depending on your requirements and budget, we can also use a local catering service for smaller scale events with a good and tasty range of classic Thai food.

Five star service providers are most suitable for wedding clients who expect a full range in service equipment, a fleet of staff and the very best in presentation.

Our famous catering supply team are best for the casual, elegant event theme so suited to Thailand and an event where the food will do all the talking.

Our local chef services are great at putting together an affordable, food only, Thai buffet.

You can choose from one of our pre-planned menus that are packaged with all the usual wedding menu requests in mind, or you can hand pick and choose from a wide-ranging menu.

Buffets, BBQ's, salad bars, dessert bars, set menus, banquets, canapes and all types of specialty service styles are available and services include all the cooking, catering, cleaning equipment & staff required. Some dishes will be prepared beforehand and some cooked to suit on the night.

Prices start at just 500 THB per person and range up to 2,500 THB depending on menu, ingredients and suppliers, and we are always happy to work with your requirements and budget.

Depending on your venue, dining tables & chairs will need to be rented in, along with any other special equipment requirements you have.

Everything else, including equipment rental, transport & required staff are included in menu prices.

Bottle of bubbles to watch the smiles on everyone's faces blossom A selection of juice boxes, fruit bars, crackers & pretzels etc for children who might not be able to wait for the festivities to be over before getting cranky & hungry, these snacks will hold them over.  Plus - Cups with lids to keep everybody dry. Babysitting services can be made available at an additional charge. They can take kids on nature walks around the grounds & kids will welcome the opportunity to and keep them entertained and happy all evening long. A DJ can also announce a “kids only” dance. There is nothing sweeter than to watch little ones dancing together in their wedding attire. Puzzles, Playing cards, and board games will be popular not only with pre-teens but also keep teenagers entertained for hours.
