Terms of Service

Koh Samui Island Weddings Co. Ltd Terms of Service include the following conditions:

A non refundable Iniital Deposit of 10% based on currently booked service costs is required to secure your wedding date and commence with booking.

50% of current total wedding costs is payable no later than 1 MONTH prior to your wedding. If these funds are not recieved by the date stipulated, wedding is subject to cancellation.

Remaining Balance - Strict Terms of Payment no later than Upon Initial Meeting in Samui atleast 2 - 3 days prior to wedding or wedding is subject to cancellation.

Cancellations on any items later than 1 Month Prior to your wedding are subject to 50% cancellation fees. Cancellations made 7 days prior to your wedding are subject to full cancellation fees.

Payment of any deposits can be made via electronic funds transfer to Koh Samui Island Weddings Thai Bank Account (Or Australian Bank Account / Credit Card Payment for ease of transfer with additional withdrawal charges are applicable).

Koh Samui Island Weddings Co. Ltd cannot be held responsible for any disputes with suppliers and venues though will ensure all possible measures are taken to resolve them and will act as your representative in all events.

Any further outstanding fees, (such as additional roles of film & beverages) are payable in cash, on the night of your wedding.
